Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Facilities Janitorial Manager in Olyphant, PA. You will supervise custodial and related services within the contract, ensuring adherence to client expectations and ESFM standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and 5–10 years of supervisory experience in large facilities. Evening/weekend availability and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising custodial staff in large facilities.
• Knowledge of routine nightly and daytime cleaning operations.
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial and related services within assigned contract.
• Allocate work, inspect performance, and ensure client expectations.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and approve timekeeping.
• Train custodians on equipment and procedures.
• Counsel and coordinate with customer management and address concerns.
