ESFM® USA in Philadelphia is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations and ensure work is completed safely and to high-quality standards. This position requires managing staff, maintaining compliance, and optimizing resources on-site.

Ideal candidates will have a cleanroom janitorial background, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Compensations include a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, along with comprehensive benefits like medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree is preferred; certification in management a plus.
• CIMS or other janitorial certification is preferred.
• Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) janitorial experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, supervise and motivate staff to ensure their development.
• Ensure policies/procedures are adhered to and meet compliance requirements.
• Direct completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget.
