ESFM is seeking a Facilities Manager to assist with the overall management and operations of a warehouse facility, ensuring services offered to customers are of superior quality. Located in Charlotte, this role emphasizes team leadership, vendor coordination, safety, and efficient office services.

The position requires strong budgeting skills, 3+ years in facilities or related fields, and excellent communication. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years management experience within facilities services or related field preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations
• Strong customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication
• Experience working with outside vendors, accounts payable/receivable, and budget management preferred
• Proficiency with Internet and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Management duties including hiring, professional development, staff communication, performance reviews, and accountability for the Facility team
• Office services including daily activities, events management, vendor contracts, new hire orientation, communications, intranet maintenance
• Vendor management including vendor relations, coordination with outside vendors, performance/quality monitoring
• Safety and security including ensuring safety, emergency plans, regulatory compliance, after-hours contact, and training of procedures
• Purchasing and reporting including managing financial reports, attendance, payroll, inventory, service reports and accomplishments
