Job summary

ESFM® USA is looking for a Facilities Manager in North Wales, Montgomery County, to oversee operations at a client site. This role involves ensuring safety standards, managing staff, and adhering to compliance requirements while maintaining budget and quality.

The ideal candidate should have a 4-year college degree and cleanroom janitorial experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, a retirement plan, and more.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree is preferred; certification in management a plus.
• CIMS or other janitorial certification is preferred.
• Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) janitorial experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff perform duties in a safe manner.
• Manage, train, supervise and motivate staff.
• Work with Quality to monitor the appearance of the premises.
• Order approved supplies needed for housekeeping and services.

Skills

Microsoft Office proficiency

Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) experience
