Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities management organization, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team in Redwood City, CA. As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage vendors for HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, and build strong client relationships while delivering high standards of service.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, POs and invoicing, lead facility programs, and mentor a developing team across multiple sites,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities management, operations, or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience using CMMS or work order management systems.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical operations.
• Experience managing vendors and ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, and insurance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Oversee vendors supporting janitorial, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and other critical building systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high levels of customer service and operational performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, spend reporting, purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Lead site projects, workplace services, and facility programs while managing and developing team members.
