Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 7 years work experience, with at least 3 years in Facilities Management.
• Knowledge/skills: Strong cooperation and harmony skills with essential associates.
• Strong presentation and cross‑functional team management skills.
• Innovation, process improvement, and organizational efficiency.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all GSO operations at designated sites.
• Develop and fulfill the GSO vision, encouraging deep business relationships to proactively address space and services issues.
• Lead and coordinate site vendors, including facilities management, food service, and wellness teams.
• Manage financials, ensuring budget adherence and accurate forecasting.
• Balance customer‑centricity with operational excellence in delivering site services.
• Implement sustainability strategies and lead site‑level initiatives.
• Act as owner’s rep for all projects, ensuring business and operational requirements are met.
• Establish occupancy strategies and manage space utilization effectively.
• Collaborate with Employee Experience (HR) and IT to improve the employee experience.
• Partner with Global Safety and Security for incident management and safety.
