Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Site Manager 5 to lead a large manufacturing facility, acting as the primary client-facing leader and driving exceptional service. You will manage budgets, lead facility teams, and coordinate with engineering, planning, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires 8-10+ years in facilities management, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance in a complex industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and facilities mgmt experience.
• 8-10+ years of facilities management experience with proven success managing commercial/industrial facilities.
• Experience leading site/facilities teams and managing vendor/contractor relationships across multiple service lines.
• Strong client-facing experience with ability to influence stakeholders and provide exceptional service.
• Experience managing facility budgets, expenses, financial reporting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, compliance, risk mitigation, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site leader and client-facing representative for facilities management at a large manufacturing facility.
• Build and maintain relationships with client leadership, vendors, contractors, and internal partners.
• Lead, develop, and mentor facility management teams focusing on accountability and performance.
• Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance programs, contractor management, and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare, manage, and report on operational budgets and variances; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Present updates, business cases, and performance metrics to client leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure integrated facilities services.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.
