Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Facilities Operations Shift Manager to lead the on-shift facilities team and ensure safe, reliable operation of all building systems.

You will manage central plant equipment including chillers, boilers, BAS, and emergency power, coordinate maintenance, and respond to emergencies while supporting guest satisfaction and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, engineering, central plant, or building operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in large hospitality or gaming environment preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in central utility plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise facilities team during shifts.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, boilers, chillers, and BAS.
• Coordinate maintenance, emergencies, and contractor activities.
• Monitor energy use and optimize system performance.
