Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Operations Shift Manager in Lake Charles to lead the facilities team, oversee the central utility plant, and ensure safe, reliable operation of all building systems. You will coordinate maintenance, monitor BAS performance, and respond to emergencies while driving energy efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge of HVAC/plant systems, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising facilities team members and leading shift operations.
• Strong knowledge of central plant systems, HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, BAS.
• Commitment to safety, compliance with OSHA and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Facilities Operations during a shift.
• Oversee central utility plant operations and energy performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot building systems to ensure reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and contractor activities.
• Act as incident commander for facility-related emergencies.
• Maintain accurate logs and regulatory documentation.
