Job summary

PENN Entertainment seeks a qualified facilities and project operations leader to oversee day-to-day activities for Construction/Engineering projects. You will work with Design and Construction to meet property needs while managing resources, budgets and timelines.

The role requires strong managerial and analytical skills, excellent written/spoken English, and the ability to respond calmly in challenging situations. Physical mobility and safety training are essential for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Three years progressively more challenging experience in facilities, marine operations and project management.
• Ability to understand and analyze Budget & P&L statements.
• Proven managerial and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent employee relations skills.
• Fluent and literate in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required.
• Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, lift up to 25 lbs. and move in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage day-to-day operations of current and future Construction/Engineering Projects.
• Coordinate resources, timelines and funding to meet project goals within scope and budget.
• Minimize internal/external customer disruption during changes and transitions.
• Consult with regulators, consultants and operations to resolve issues and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure regulatory and internal controls compliance across activities.
