Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in corporate facilities management and real estate operations.
• Experience developing and managing budgets, spending forecasts, accruals, and financial performance.
• Governance and contract management experience with SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience managing third‑party suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, suppliers, external contractors, and other stakeholders at assigned site(s).
• Ensure site activities comply with legal, regulatory, HSE, and corporate requirements; report gaps to Senior Service Delivery Manager.
• Partner with leaders to support business continuity, operational innovation, and sustainability goals.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead tenant and employee communications regarding building shutdowns, maintenance, and emergencies.
• Manage landlord relationships, lease compliance, and real estate coordination.
