BGIS is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator in Canada to oversee the delivery of facility services and resolve client requests efficiently. The role focuses on coordinating work orders, service providers, and documentation to uphold contract obligations.

The ideal candidate has a strong client focus, excellent communication, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Familiarity with Maximo/Oracle is an asset.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent plus a technical or business course.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant job experience.
• Knowledge of financial management software is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to multitask, analyze data and solve problems independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage work orders to completion in BGIS or client systems.
• Coordinate services with contracts, schedules and service providers.
• Schedule access for internal and external providers as required.
• Prepare periodic summaries of work order performance.
• Ensure SLAs are achieved and documented in reports.
• Review invoices and quotes and support data accuracy.
• Generate data for SLA scorecards and incident reporting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Clients and service providers.
