Job summary

Embry-Riddle is seeking a Facilities Service Center Supervisor on the Daytona Beach campus. The role coordinates service requests from multiple channels, supervises two student employees, and supports front desk operations and events.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, multitasking, and information systems skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with proficient grammar, spelling, basic math.
• 3–5 years of related administrative experience.
• Experience in customer service by phone and in person.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch staff across trades.
• Supervise two part-time student employees (hiring, training, scheduling).
• Provide front desk support and assist with events.
• Oversee Vehicle Loaner Program and monitor KeyTrak system.
