Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Facilities Service Center Supervisor on the Daytona Beach campus. The role oversees screening, documentation, and dispatching of service requests and serves as a central contact across trades for Facilities Management.

The position also manages two part-time student employees, participating in interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling, while coordinating with external contractors and supporting front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED-level education with proficiency in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch Facilities service requests via phone, email, Ready Request, staff requests and contractor requests.
• Supervise two part-time student employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and day-to-day supervision.
• Support Facilities managers and assist with special events, ensuring high level of service across the Service Center.
