Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, screen, document, and dispatch service requests.
• Oversee Vehicle Loaner Program and monitor KeyTrak system.
• Coordinate with external contractors and support events.
• Supervise two part-time student employees: hiring, training, scheduling.
