Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Facilities Service Center Supervisor on the Daytona Beach campus. The role oversees screening, documentation, and dispatching of service requests and serves as a central contact across trades for Facilities Management.
The position also manages two part-time student employees, participating in interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling, while coordinating with external contractors and supporting front desk operations.
The Facilities Service Center Supervisor plays a key role insupporting the day-to-day operations of Facilities Management onthe Daytona Beach Campus. This position oversees the coordination,screening, documentation, and dispatching of Facilities servicerequests received through phone, email, Ready Request, staffrequests, and contractor requests.
The Supervisor serves as a central point of contact for FacilitiesManagement, coordinating service requests across multiple tradesand assisting with Facilities support for special events. Thisposition also oversees the Vehicle Loaner Program, monitors theKeyTrak system, coordinates with external maintenance contractors,and provides support for the department’s front deskoperations.
In addition, the Facilities Service Center Supervisor supervisestwo part-time student employees, including responsibility forinterviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and day-to-daysupervision. The position also coordinates student support projectsfor Facilities managers and helps ensure a high level of serviceand performance across the Service Center.

The hourly rate for this role is up to $20.00 . The finaloffer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, andexperience, as well as applicable state regulations, internalequity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the statedrange.
The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday,8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with adjusted hours during theUniversity's summer four-day workweek.
