Qualifications

• Familiarity with a housing department and residence halls and how they operate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and development of student staff on a daily basis.
• Crisis response and management for campus housing operations.
• Administer on-call rotations and essential personnel requirements.
• Oversee budget and resource allocation for residence life activities (approx. $10,000).
• Mediate and resolve student conflicts between residents and staff.
• Provide guidance and support to students on personal and academic concerns.
• Coordinate training and development activities for staff and Resident Advisors.
