Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Shuttle & Service Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shuttle services, front desk operations, and related customer-facing programs at the Prescott campus. This role coordinates operations, staffing, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure reliable, professional service to the campus community.

The supervisor leads service operations staff, drives onboarding and staff development, and collaborates with Campus Safety & Security

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Administrative and supervisory experience, including staff scheduling and coordination.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shuttle services and front desk operations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and service delivery.
• Provide customer service support and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with Campus Safety & Security leadership and supervisors.
• Support staff development and onboarding.
• Address operational challenges and ensure reliable campus transportation.
