Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Shuttle & Service Operations Supervisor for the Prescott campus to oversee daily shuttle services and front desk operations within Campus Safety & Security. You will coordinate staffing, scheduling, and administrative tasks, ensuring reliable, professional service to the campus community.

Collaborating with Campus Safety leadership and other supervisors, you will support staff development, onboarding, and provide direct customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong grammar and math basics.
• 1–3 years of related work experience, preferably in student support or service operations.
• Administrative and supervisory experience, including staff scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
