S:US is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead supervision of residential aides and maintenance staff in the Bronx. The role focuses on building inspections, scheduling, timekeeping, and ensuring safety and compliance in a large residential setting.

The position is based at East 178 Street, Bronx, NY 10457, offering a salary of USD 45,000 to USD 51,000 per year and a strong benefits package. CPR/First Aid certification is required, with bilingual ability preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Security or Building Maintenance.
• Experience in office management and/or staff supervision is required.
• Experience working in a large residential/institutional setting with a special need’s population is required.
• Strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
• F-80, CPR/ First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight and training to residential aides and contracted maintenance staff.
• Supervision includes scheduling, timesheets, and requests for time off, coordinating work assignments.
• Evaluate paperwork and documentation including Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log books.
• Coordinate security and maintenance staff training, development and evaluation.
• May fulfill duties of residential aides and/or custodial staff in their absence.
