• F-80, CPR/ First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight and training to residential aides and contracted maintenance staff.
• Oversee timesheets, scheduling, and time-off requests; coordinate work assignments.
• Maintain Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log; supervise training and evaluation of staff.
• May fill duties of residential aides or custodial personnel in their absence.

The Facilities Manager will :

Provide supervisory oversight and training to residential aides and contracted maintenance staff. Supervision includes, but is not limited to, ongoing individual supervisory meetings, building inspections, ongoing feedback regarding job performance, coordinating work schedules, timesheets and requests for time off, coordinating work assignments, evaluating paperwork and documentation including the Security Log and Maintenance Work Order Log books, coordinating security and maintenance staff training, development and evaluation. May be required to fulfill duties of residential aides and/or custodial personnel in their absence.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Security or Building Maintenance
• Experience in office management and/or staff supervision is required.
