Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Facilities Manager for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver secure, compliant warehouse and facility operations in a fast-paced government environment.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining Facility Management Plans, SOPs, OSHA-compliant practices, and security measures, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher with 4+ years of related experience
• Experience in facility, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or government property management operations
• Ability to develop and maintain facility and warehouse procedures, SOPs, and compliance documentation
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and industry standards for warehouse operations and safety
• Experience supporting physical security requirements (access controls, cameras, alarms) and reporting

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and maintenance of the Facility Management Plan (FMP) addressing warehouse and inventory management requirements.
• Refines, implements, and maintains SOPs for warehouse operations, with semi-annual reviews and regulatory compliance.
• Designs the facility to handle and store materials and equipment following OSHA regulations and best practices.
• Implements physical and technical security systems to limit access for contractor staff and DOS personnel.
• Manages the facility Access Control System (ACS) including monitored alarms and cameras 24/7/365 recording.
• Furnishes management, labor, supplies, equipment, materials, and transportation to perform warehouse services.
• Ensures adequate air quality levels and environmental controls and updates as standards change.
• Provides workspace for COR, GTM(s), or other CA and CST representatives within the facility.
