CACI International Inc. is seeking a Risk Manager for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State.

You will lead a high-performing team to deliver IT risk management across complex programs and to modernize and maintain applications and infrastructure within an integrated IT Service Management framework. The role emphasizes establishing metrics, dashboards and executive briefings, coordinating ITSM processes, and POA&M remediation.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS + 13 years of relevant experience; equivalencies considered.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise program and project risk management in large IT environments.
• Experience establishing risk management frameworks, Risk and Issue Registers, escalation criteria, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and managing various program risks and their impacts.
• Experience developing risk mitigation, contingency, and corrective action strategies including POA&M remediation.
• Experience with risk metrics, dashboards, reporting, and executive-level briefings.
• Ability to integrate risk management with PMPs, WBS, and stakeholder processes.
• Experience with ITSM tools and applying risk principles in enterprise IT delivery.

Aufgaben

• Provides leadership for Program Kick-Off Meeting coordination addressing risk and security.
• Establishes Kick-Off Meeting strategy covering roles, security, and risk.
• Directs weekly status reporting and coordinates risk/issue resolution using dashboards.
• Directs enterprise WBS and comprehensive risk management approach.
• Manages Risk and Issue Register for POA&M remediation and system upgrades.
• Directs CSR strategy and tracks action items across global enterprise.
• Develops Stakeholder Management Plan with escalation paths and decision authorities.
• Provides leadership on assignments and directs activities for financial, methodological and staffing objectives.
