Job summary

CACI is seeking a Facilities Manager for the Global Mission Operations Support contract to support the Department of State. This role leads a high‑performing team to deliver secure, compliant facility management and warehouse operations in a sensitive government environment.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Facility Management Plan, SOPs, inventory control, security systems, and coordination with operations, security, and logistics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience in facility, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or government property management.
• Experience developing or maintaining SOPs and operational plans.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and warehouse safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Facility Management Plan (FMP) for warehouse operations.
• Refine and maintain SOPs for warehouse operations and ensure compliance.
• Design facilities to store materials safely per industry practices and OSHA regulations.
• Implement security systems and manage Access Control System (ACS) with 24/7 recording.
• Coordinate facility requirements across operations, security, and logistics.
• Provide workspace and support for DOS representatives within the facility.
