Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Risk Manager for the GMOS contract supporting the Department of State. You will lead a high-performing team across 350+ facilities to implement risk and schedule management in an integrated ITSM environment.

The role requires a BA/BS and 8 years of experience, active Secret clearance, and ability to present risk metrics to leadership. You will engage with government stakeholders and coordinate across IT programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience building risk management frameworks across programs.
• Experience tracking risks and issues to resolution and escalation.
• Experience presenting risk metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise IT programs and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience integrating risk with PM processes and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Leads scheduling, coordinating, and hosting Program Kick-Off Meeting across 350+ facilities.
• Develops Kick-Off Meeting Agenda addressing security, risk, and PMP updates.
• Leads preparation of weekly status reports coordinating risk and issue resolution via dashboards.
• Documents support requirements in PMP with enterprise WBS and risk approach.
• Provides project plans with Risk and Issue Register for all TO activities.
• Leads CSR development and maintains meeting minutes and action items.
• Develops Stakeholder Management Plan with escalation paths.
• Possesses and applies knowledge across tasks, guiding major technical assignments.
