Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque seeks a Facilities Technologist to join the Maintenance Planning Team. You will develop schedules for Center 4700, integrate resources, and provide timely status to portfolio management teams, customers, planners, and work execution elements.

On any day you will support maintenance schedule development, publish and update schedules, conduct field walks and take-offs, analyze forecasts, and help resolve outages and scheduling issues while onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus three (3) years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
• Experience in scheduling, work management, and maintenance planning.
• CMMS such as Maximo or TRIRIGA; MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to obtain an active DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling support for the structural services and fire alarm Team Leads and Planners in work management activities.
• Support maintenance schedule development and maintenance work execution.
• Incorporate resources into the schedules as required and formulate schedule baselines.
• Publish and update schedules and provide detailed analysis and reporting of Center 4700 work status.
• Support Maintenance Planners by field walks, material take-offs, measurements and sketches.
• Analyze schedule forecasts to identify issues and develop solutions.
