Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque seeks a proactive Facilities Tactical Planner to partner across Sandia and the vendor community to plan and execute maintenance and infrastructure services support.

You will enter work order information, supporting documentation, and close-out data into Sandia's systems accurately and timely, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project or Construction Management, Business, or relevant field, plus five (5) or more years of directly related experience.
• Experience with contract/subcontractor management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Make technical contributions throughout the contract lifecycle, capturing stakeholder requirements and presenting issues and solutions.
• Enter work order information, supporting documentation, and close-out information into Sandia's systems accurately and timely.
• Make technical and programmatic decisions regarding work orders or contracts and be accountable for results.
• Manage all aspects of subcontract execution and ensure adherence to subcontract terms.
• Notify Facilities teams of planned services activities and coordinate scheduling conflicts.
• Engage with procurement professionals to develop executable work processes and successful service orders.
• Manage daily work and support multiple customers and staff concurrently through project execution.
• Evaluate methods/processes and improve effectiveness and results.
