Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Facilities Technologist to support scheduling for Center 4700 maintenance activities. You will develop, integrate, and monitor schedules for maintenance shops, service contracts, and projects, delivering timely status updates to portfolio teams and stakeholders.

You will also merge permits and outages into schedules, perform analyses, and help maintenance planners with field walks and material take-offs to ensure on-time execution of work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus three (3) years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more: Work hazards, safety practices, lockout/tagout; understanding drawings/schematics/operations manuals; CMMS such as Maximo or TRIRIGA; MS Office.
• Ability to obtain an active DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Use scheduling knowledge to support the structural services and fire alarm Team Leads and Planners.
• Work with maintenance planners to support schedule development and maintenance work execution.
• Incorporate resources into schedules and formulate schedule baselines.
• Publish and update schedules and provide detailed analysis and reporting of Center 4700 work status.
• Support Maintenance Planners by field walks, material take-offs, measurements and sketches.
• Analyze schedule forecasts to identify issues and develop solutions.
