Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking an Early Career Facilities Technologist to support centralized maintenance scheduling for Center 4700. The role involves integrating schedules, reports, and data to ensure on-time delivery of maintenance and construction activities.

You will collaborate with team leads, planners, and contractors, apply knowledge of CMMS (Maximo/TRIRIGA), and provide detailed status updates. Onsite work is required, with strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus three (3) years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
• Experience in work hazards, safety practices, operating configurations, and lockout/tagout policies and procedures.
• Understanding of drawings, schematics, and operations manuals.
• CMMS such as Maximo or TRIRIGA.
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc).
• Ability to obtain an active DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and publish maintenance schedules for Center 4700 work and contractors.
• Provide timely status to Facility Portfolio Management Teams and customers.
• Integrate permits and outages into schedules for construction and maintenance.
• Support maintenance planners with field walks, measurements, and sketches.
• Analyze forecasts to identify issues and propose solutions.
