Job summary

Ecumen St. Benedict's Community - St. Cloud in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Full-time Environmental Supervisor to lead maintenance, housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, guests and staff.

This role manages vendor relations, budgets, safety training and regulatory compliance across the campus. A high school diploma or GED is required, boiler license where applicable, valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Boiler operator license as required by state regulations for on-site boilers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Follow all safety rules and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure clean, safe, and comfortable environments.
• Develops and maintains external vendor relationships for maintenance, custodial and related services.
• Prepares and manages annual departmental budget.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance and repairs on the property.
• Coordinates and trains staff on building safety procedures and on-site in-services.
• Manages inventory control and orders supplies as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
