Avantara St. Cloud seeks a Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor to lead the Environmental Services Department, oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, and ensure a clean, odor-free, and safe facility for residents.

The role requires supervisory experience in healthcare housekeeping, with potential for growth and advancement within a supportive team committed to high standards of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Prefer 2 years of director-level housekeeping experience, willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services Department (Housekeeping and Laundry).
• Create staff schedules and ensure staffing needs are met.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and in place.
• Order and stock supplies.
• Assist with resident room moves and deep cleans.
• Operate floor scrubbing machine.
• Hire and train new department staff.
• Support Maintenance Director for facility needs and repairs.
• Use computers for Microsoft Office, email and web platforms.
