Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with clients with severe mental illness and in facilities management.
• Ability to write routine reports and documents; CPR/First Aid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Residential Aide staff and ensure VA SH contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Program Manager; provide safety training.
• Perform facility inspections, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Transport or arrange client transportation as needed.
• Schedule OM/House Manager shifts across three sites.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and safety for residents.
