Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton is seeking a Safe House Facilities Manager to oversee the administrative and operational management of the Safe House. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance while coordinating resources, schedules, and reports.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration with staff, clients, and community partners to maintain a secure, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and software skills.
• Ability to complete work accurately and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication; follow directions.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, families and staff.
• Knowledge of community resources is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Safe House facility operations to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual program reports.
• Coordinate purchase of services and items as needed.
• Schedule repairs using volunteers or maintenance staff.
• Ensure maintenance of agency vehicles and inventory of supplies.
• Submit monthly reports to supervisor.
