Job summary

Veolia is seeking a facilities leader to manage grounds, facilities maintenance, and site services at a large industrial environment. You will coordinate infrastructure maintenance, supervise utilities, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA, fire safety, and ADA standards.

The role emphasizes vendor oversight, risk management, and leadership of a cross-functional team to sustain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Preferred degrees in FM, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in facilities management or safety are highly desired.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exterior upkeep of grounds, parking, and landscaping.
• Manage seasonal site services including snow removal and waste management.
• Coordinate building infrastructure and loading docks maintenance.
• Supervise routine maintenance of utilities and building systems.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, fire safety, ADA access and local codes.
• Lead vendor contracts and oversee external repairs and waste services.
