Job summary

California Tribal TANF Partnership is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to maintain clean, safe offices, grounds, and vehicles at the Lakeport Central Office and site offices. You will travel to sites, support site managers, and collaborate with management and HR to promote a secure work environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, a California driver’s license, janitorial experience, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• One year of janitorial work.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and other state and local safety regulations.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets and mop floors in Lakeport offices at least twice per week.
• Take out trash and recycling as needed, but at least twice per week.
• Clean bathrooms daily, including mopping and cleaning bathroom, sink and toilet.
• Replenish paper products daily.
• Dust all desks and furniture on a weekly basis.
• Clean exterior and interior windows and glass monthly.
• Maintain outside of office and pick up litter.
• Sweep sidewalks and parking lot as needed.
• Change light bulbs and install HVAC filters.
• Assist Site Managers with site relocations.
• Prepare vehicles for staff travel and coordinate safety programs.
