You will supervise facilities managers and technicians, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with building codes while driving efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, reporting, and effective communication with operations leaders. Local travel and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Solid knowledge of safety and building codes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enforce policies and procedures according to the organization.
• Plan and manage short-term and long-term projects.
• Supervise Facilities Managers and technicians in the region.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, and building systems knowledge.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance across the maintenance staff.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with operational leaders.
