Job summary

California-Tribal-Tanf-Partnership is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to keep the Central Office and Lake Site offices clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role requires travel to sites and coordination with management to promote a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, maintenance, basic carpentry, equipment setup, and assisting with safety programs and site relocations. Strong organizational skills, valid CA driver's license, and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid California driver’s license required.
• At least one year janitorial experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets and mop floors at Lakeport offices.
• Take out trash and recycling at least twice weekly.
• Clean bathrooms daily and replenish supplies.
• Maintain office and site facilities and coordinate scheduling.
• Assist Site Managers with relocations and light carpentry.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance across sites.
