Job summary

Harvest Restaurants Group seeks a Facilities and Repairs Manager to oversee the upkeep of 14 New Jersey locations, spanning from Darien, CT to Princeton, NJ. The role involves hands-on maintenance, coordinating contracted services, and ensuring facilities meet company standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in facilities or maintenance, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple vendors while maintaining records and schedules in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a facilities management or maintenance related position.

• Effective communication with Operations Team, Vendors, Landlords and Municipalities.
• Contractual understanding and negotiation skills.

• This position may require working off hours to achieve results so as not to disrupt restaurant operations.

• This is a 50 hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the physical upkeep of 14 New Jersey facilities, including supervising maintenance tasks and coordinating services.
• Hands-on engagement to complete repairs as needed in each location.
• Maintain detailed logs of repairs and maintenance, prioritizing critical projects.
• Coordinate work with vendors and contractors and handle after-hours on-call services.
