Job summary

JMB Foods seeks a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead repair work across 30+ Jersey Mike's locations. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment service, with travel throughout New Jersey. EPA 608 and CFESA/OSHA credentials are preferred, and a company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities include diagnosing repairs, responding to requests, and coordinating licensed trades when needed. A strong focus on safety and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on facilities maintenance in multi-site operations; 5+ years preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification required for refrigerants.
• HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or manufacturer certifications.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment brands listed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete general facility repairs across locations.
• Respond to repair requests and coordinate with licensed contractors when needed.
• Troubleshoot and service commercial kitchen equipment (walk-ins, units, ovens, grill, etc.).
• Escalate issues requiring licensed trades and maintain accountability to completion.
