Job summary

PERSONE NYC is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to own facilities and maintenance operations across a growing NYC restaurant group. You will oversee 10+ locations and lead a five‑person internal maintenance team, coordinating with external vendors and senior operations leadership.

The role focuses on preventative maintenance, vendor management, and proactive issue resolution to keep locations running smoothly every day. Must thrive in a hands‑on, field‑oriented environment in NYC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit facilities teams.
• Experience managing maintenance technicians.
• Knowledge of NYC regulatory requirements and inspections.
• Budgeting, estimates and invoice review.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative maintenance across HVAC, refrigeration, and essential systems.
• Manage and train a 5-person internal maintenance team; schedule workloads.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and negotiate service estimates.
• Oversee fire and safety systems inspections and compliance.
• Ensure NYC regulatory compliance with FDNY, DOH, DOT and utilities.
• Track work orders and follow through using ResQ.
• Support renovations, infrastructure projects and building improvements.
• Oversee security systems, internet/Wi‑Fi, and infrastructure across locations.
