Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Facilities Reliability Engineer to ensure maximum uptime, equipment integrity, and environmental compliance across sterile and non-sterile operations. You will lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and predictive maintenance initiatives to ensure adherence to USP, cGMP, and internal standards.

The role focuses on cleanrooms, manufacturing lines, and warehouse ops in an on-site setting, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
4+ years in reliability, facilities, or maintenance engineering within life sciences or regulated manufacturing.
Working knowledge of USP, USP, cGMP, FDA cleanroom classifications, and OSHA standards.
Hands-on CMMS/BMS/BAS software experience (Maximo, Fiix, SAP).

Responsibilities

Maintain preventive maintenance and reliability programs for sterile/non-sterile compounding equipment and lines.
Monitor cleanroom pressure, temperature, and humidity to USP/FDA standards.
Partner with QA on deviations, OOS investigations, and CAPA execution.
Track MTBF, MTTR, and OEE for packaging and manufacturing equipment.
Design predictive maintenance schedules using vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil testing, and ultrasound.
Maintain equipment histories, calibration logs, and spare parts in CMMS.
