Job summary

Fagron is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support sterile pharmaceutical production. The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and strict adherence to cGMP standards.

Expect hands-on work with CMMS, building systems, and cross‑functional collaboration with Quality and Engineering teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in regulated manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to read drawings and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years in regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and cleanroom standards.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
• Ability to read drawings, P&IDs, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant equipment and building infrastructure per specifications, with cGMP adherence.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test, and adjust equipment.
• Understand electrical wiring and installation.
• Keep facility and equipment clean, safe, and serviceable.
• Interface with CMMS and manage spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with Quality and follow change controls and work orders.
• Monitor Building Management System and environmental controls.
• Communicate status with internal teams and vendors; coordinate with sponsors.
• Support office and small equipment moves; perform related duties.
