Job summary

BioLab Holdings, Inc. seeks a Facilities Technician in Mesa, AZ to support the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our building and ISO Class 7 cleanroom.

Under the Facilities Maintenance and Compliance Manager, you will complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues, handle work orders, and assist vendors to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Coursework or a technical certification in facilities maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trade preferred
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance practices and tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and follow work orders and manuals
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and basic repairs in lighting, plumbing, doors, hardware and equipment
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections using checklists
• Respond to work orders and document work performed
• Monitor building systems, alarms, and fire suppression equipment and report issues
• Coordinate access for approved vendors and communicate service updates
• Follow safety procedures and environmental guidelines and report hazards
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to licensed providers
• Maintain organized tools and supplies and notify when replenishment is needed
• Assist with building upkeep, cleaning, landscaping, and room setups
• Provide occasional after-hours support for urgent facility needs
