Job summary

Clinigen Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Reliability professional to maintain all facility equipment, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure GMP compliance. You will help manage calibration programs, alarms, and safety procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, experience with validation/calibration, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Malvern, US facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years facilities-related experience.
• Electrical or electromechanical education preferred.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
• Knowledge of validation and calibration methodology preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of temperature monitoring, security systems, and fire prevention.
• OSHA knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment including HVAC and production gear.
• Troubleshoot issues; support installation, qualification, validation, and commissioning.
• Maintain equipment as qualified, calibrated, and operational.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; manage service records and work orders.
• Support safety, GMP and GDP compliance; participate in inspections and drills.
• Maintain maintenance records and support CAPAs, change controls, and SOPs.
