Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist III to maintain facilities, utilities, labs, and cleanrooms in a use-ready, compliant state for biopharmaceutical manufacturing and aseptic filling operations. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, and CMMS/documentation, and provide guidance to the team.

Shift: 2nd; Monday-Thursday. This role travels between facilities, can be on-call during disasters, and requires regular full-time

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant hands-on facility maintenance experience.
Minimum of 4 years of cGMP experience preferred.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Thorough understanding of clean utility systems and cleanrooms.
Working knowledge of cGMP.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Maintains facilities, utilities, labs, and cleanrooms in use-ready, compliant state.
Monitors and responds to Building Management System (BMS) alarms.
Interfaces with customers, vendors, and team members on facility initiatives.
Conducts inspections to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
Trains junior staff in facilities maintenance trades and safety.
Plans and schedules preventive maintenance; recommends PM programs.
Orders and stocks supplies, spare parts, and equipment.
Completes CMMS entries and required training.
Travels between facilities to support all areas.
On-call during natural disasters or inclement weather.
Regular attendance and adherence to company policies.
