Job summary
Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to ensure reliability and lifecycle management of manufacturing equipment, facilities and utilities in a GMP environment. You will lead asset turnover, commissioning, preventive/predictive maintenance and vendor coordination while upholding regulatory compliance.
The role emphasizes continuous improvement, inspection readiness, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain safety, quality and reliability across HVAC,
Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 12+ years of hands-on pharmaceutical maintenance experience.
- CMMS experience (Maximo, SAP PM).
- CQV knowledge and GMP familiarity.
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, documentation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Asset turnover, commissioning, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Vendor coordination and regulatory compliance.
- Lifecycle management of manufacturing equipment, facilities and utilities.
- Support HVAC, utilities, process systems and manufacturing infrastructure.
