Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to uphold SOP compliance, conduct documentation reviews, and assist with product release in a sterile environment.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to troubleshoot issues as part of a collaborative QA team. On-site work with a night shift supports our patient-focused compounding operations.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a quality or manufacturing role within a highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to read, follow, and report on SOPs.

Mansioni

• Perform product inspections for defects, leaks, and particulates.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and maintain documentation.
• Review compounding activities and documentation for completeness.
• Verify raw materials meet specifications and assist with release.
• Document non-conformances and support investigations.
• Maintain quality records and assist with audits and training records.
• Support internal and external audits and participate in QA meetings.
