Job summary

360care is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee post-sale relations with contracted long-term care facilities in Perrysburg, OH. You will supervise dental/ancillary coordinators, manage schedules, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting the company’s compliance program.

The role demands strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with experience in healthcare operations and EMR systems. This is a full-time position focused on customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Electronic Medical Records experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in operations and/or scheduling.
• Front or back office medical/dental experience required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with facility contact, territory marketers, and management.
• Coordinate scheduling for facility clinical visits and related duties.
• Edit and distribute schedules created by coordinators.
• Manage direct reports.
• Handle territory logistics including supply ordering and inventory.
• Submit credentialing information to facilities for providers.
• Maintain high personal productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA/PHI confidentiality.
• Support compliance program and report violations.
• Adapt to change and perform other duties as assigned.
