Job summary

JLL in Austin, TX is seeking a Workplace Associate to deliver first-class facility services and reception support. You’ll monitor conditions, handle procurement, and coordinate work orders while greeting employees and guests with hospitality.

Day-to-day includes visitor registration, mail logistics, and collaboration with project teams. Requires 1st shift hours and no visa sponsorship; onsite work in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in facilities management or 2+ years of related experience.
• Superior customer service skills and professionalism under pressure.
• Experience with Corrigo or CMMS; proficient Excel reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment as the first point of contact at Reception.
• Monitor office and facility conditions; coordinate maintenance work orders.
• Provide timely, caring service; guide clients and teammates as needed.
• Deliver compliant visitor registration and access management.
• Maintain kitchen/break areas; stock supplies and beverage machines.
• Handle mail/courier receipt, distribution, and package processing.
• Assist with meeting room reservations and project team support.
