NAPA Auto Parts seeks a facilities and real estate project manager to support store and distribution center maintenance and capital expenditure activities.

You will coordinate repairs with vendors, review lease documentation, and manage project invoices while maintaining budgets and vendor relationships. This role requires strong communication and CRE knowledge, with CMMS experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years in commercial/retail real estate and/or construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and the ability to present detailed analysis.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as FEXA and UpKeep.
• Understanding of leasing agreements and CRE terminology.
• Collaborative, customer-service oriented, and able to interface with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with providers and contractors.
• Support store and distribution center managers and real estate teams.
• Review lease documents and coordinate landlord notifications.
• Interface with store operations and supply chain to avoid downtime.
• Process project invoices and manage capital spend; close projects within 90 days.
• Update project management database with critical dates and info.
• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with overdue invoices.
• Perform budget vs. actual analyses and ad hoc reporting.
